A soothing, anti-inflammatory golden latte with turmeric, cinnamon and coconut milk — cozy comfort in a mug.
Ingredients
Method
- Add the coconut milk, water, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and black pepper to a small saucepan.
- Warm over medium heat, whisking constantly, until steaming but not boiling, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and whisk in the maple syrup and vanilla.
- Froth with a whisk or milk frother, pour into a mug and dust with a little extra cinnamon.
