Ingredients
Method
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and bell pepper and saute until soft, about 4 minutes.
- Add the crumbled tofu, turmeric and cumin, stirring to coat, and cook for 4-5 minutes until heated through.
- Stir in the nutritional yeast and spinach and cook until the spinach wilts, about 1 minute.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve warm with toast.
