Mango Coconut Smoothie

A creamy tropical mango and coconut smoothie — naturally sweet, dairy-free and ready in five minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large ripe mango peeled and cubed (or 1 cup frozen)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut water or plain water
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp maple syrup optional
  • 1 cup ice

Method
 

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, about 60 seconds.
  3. Taste and add a little more maple syrup if needed, then pour into glasses and serve immediately.
