Method
- Preheat the oven to 220C (425F) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Toss the asparagus with the olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper and spread in a single layer.
- Roast for 12-15 minutes, until tender-crisp and lightly browned.
- Transfer to a plate and finish with lemon zest and toasted pine nuts.
