  • 1<\/span> can<\/span> coconut milk<\/span><\/li>
  • 1<\/span> tsp<\/span> Dried Oregano<\/span><\/li>
  • 1<\/span> tsp<\/span> Dried Basil<\/span><\/li>
  • Himalayan Sea Salt<\/span> to taste<\/span><\/li>
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper<\/span> to taste<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n

    Method
    <\/div> <\/h3>

    1. Add the coconut oil to a large pot along with the chopped onion, saut\u00e9 until soft and translucent.<\/div><\/li>
    2. Next, add the minced garlic and mix with the onions dried oregano and dried basil until fragrant.<\/div><\/li>
    3. Slice your mushrooms and add to the pot with the Soy Sauce and cover for 10-15 minutes in order to allow the mushrooms to release their water.<\/div><\/li>
    4. Uncover the pot and cook for another 10-12 minutes.<\/div><\/li>
    5. Finally, add the coconut milk and cook for a further 10 minutes and season with salt and pepper to taste.<\/div><\/li>
    6. Garnish with some freshly chopped shallots or parsley if desired and serve with toasted baguette.<\/div><\/li><\/ol><\/div><\/div>\n \n
